James Kingsley
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
James founded Kingsley LLC in 2004 after a decade at Goldman Sachs Real Estate. He has personally overseen the acquisition of over $1.8 billion in trophy assets and is widely regarded as one of the foremost authorities on ultra-luxury residential real estate in the United States.
Victoria Harlow
President & Chief Investment Officer
Victoria joined Kingsley in 2009 from Blackstone's real estate division. She leads the firm's investment committee and has been instrumental in expanding the portfolio into Los Angeles and Miami. Victoria holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Yale.
Marcus Chen
Managing Director, Acquisitions
Marcus oversees all acquisition activity across the firm's five markets. His deep relationships with brokers, developers, and family offices give Kingsley access to off-market opportunities unavailable to most institutional buyers.
Eleanor Ashworth
Managing Director, Investor Relations
Eleanor manages relationships with Kingsley's global investor base, which spans North America, Europe, and the Middle East. She joined the firm from UBS Wealth Management, where she advised ultra-high-net-worth families on alternative investments.
